What a night! "The Coldest Queen" Premier on The Big Screen and pre-order party at Forsters Bistro7/9/2015 Wow! What a fantastic evening. We are so chuffed it was a success and the rain managed to hold off. it was superb to see such a great turn out, all stood beneath the big screen with boxes of popcorn ready for the first public showing of the film we have been waiting so long to show! We can not thank you all enough, from the people who helped and supported our kickstarter, to the actors and extras in the film, Conor bUtler the skilled cinematographer behind the camera, Micah Harbon - set designer extraordinaire, fabulous makeup artists, costume designer Amy Macfadyn, prop designer jon dale absolutely everyone!, too many to name (should all be named in the credits of the movie). The night was magnificent and the live music provided by Waiting For Wednesday, Dave Hanson (both artists have just released amazing EPs check them out) and Sarah Widdup was stunning. We missed Hutch (the handsome kilted fire juggler in the film) who was due to play some songs too, he had a finger/door accident on the way to the premier "hope it heals well hutch and we will hear you sing soon". Forsters Bistro made for luxurious venue with friendly staff, yummy food and cocktails and the sound guy george was mint! Then we danced the night away to a massive jam with various lead vocalists even Kaitlin -"the coldest queen" took to the stage and showed her impressive belting on Mustang sally. A very special moment was when lee otway (and yes he did play bombhead on hollyoaks) wooed us all with his phenominal voice! we are so grateful to all who came and made the night one to remember, and pleased the lord mayor came, stayed till the end and enjoyed it. Massive thanks to BCB Radios Ann Morgan, YMC Michelle Delgaety, BBC Radios Jenny Elles, and Philip Lickley who wrote a blog, Bradford Telegraph and Argus, BBC Introducings Alan RAw and Darren Williams, and YEP Duncan Seaman, Unesco David Wilson and Councillor Richard Dunbar we thank you all for your continued support and are, as we type, planning more shows and videos for the near future. Please feel free to share your photos and videos from the night here. Singing out for now Love ISSIMO
