Shure are running an international competition with producer Chris Kimsey (famous for his work with the Rolling Stones). ISSIMO have submitted 'Pretty Simple' as their entry for the competition (you can check out our entry profile here, if that's the sort of thing you're into). The Judges have just whittled the 240 + entrants down to a shortlist of 20 and we made the cut! Having listened to the rest of the top 20 we there's some really stiff competition (we know you're meant to say that kind of thing, but we actually really mean it. Some of the entries are absolutely top banana. e.g. this) so we're crossing our fingers...

 The full band are set to play at the 360 club at The Library in Leeds this Friday with 3 awesome bands: Sola Virtus, Hearts & Souls and The Gorgeous Chans.
So far ISSIMO have sold all of their tickets (and then some) for the night and reports are that tickets from all other sources are in short supply. Tickets have been on sale at Jumbo & Crash Records but it looks like it's going to be a sell out. So if you want to make sure you can get in on Friday, get down to Crash or Jumbo in Leeds and see if you can get the last remaining tickets. We are currently compiling a list of extra names to reserve tickets at the door but again; spaces are limited. We're not sure how many more spaces we will be allowed to reserve. If you want to get in on our guest list get in touch ASAP! We can't wait for Friday to come, It's going to be a great night! |
